Alves Enterprises LLC operates this website and private internal applications. This policy describes the information the website and connected applications may process.

Information we process

Our public website does not require an account. When authorized users access private tools, we process account names, password-derived hashes, secure session identifiers, saved application preferences, optional location requests, vehicle profile information, and voluntary driver reports.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate authorized users, operate the applications, improve functionality and prevent misuse. Location permission is optional and is used to display nearby map information. Driver-submitted reports may be visible to other approved users and may be inaccurate.

Storage and third-party services

Cloudflare infrastructure may process website and application data. Map tiles, imagery and location searches may be retrieved from third-party map providers. Those providers may receive technical request information. Do not enter sensitive personal information into driver reports.

Security and retention

Private applications use authenticated sessions, role-based access and encrypted connections. Session records expire, and temporary driver reports expire according to their configured time window. No method of storage is completely risk-free.
